Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Board Certified/Eligible Family Practice physician to help us develop and grow the practice of a physician who is hoping to retire in the next few months. Leadership, customer service, and efficiency are sought in candidates for this position to assist in delivering the highest level of patient care to this busy established practice. We are looking for a physician willing to commit to help provide for the healthcare needs of our neighbors in this active office practice. Two excellent Family Nurse Practitioners also help support this practice. Located near Syracuse, Rochester, Albany and Utica. Our community has excellent schools, wonderful small towns, and an appreciative, pleasant patient population. -We are offering: Up to $358,000 base salary ( 75% MGMA) for full time outpatient only practice. -Start/Relocation bonus- $50,000 - RVU bonus for productivity over 75% MGMA, paid quarterly, we reward productivity. -Open to either 5-8s or 4-10s. This well-established practice with generous office volume available, currently 120 patient visits per week generating significant RVU bonus potential. -Meditech Expanse EMR system - Minimal call coverage - answer after hour patient calls for the primary care group only 2 or 3 days per month -Robust benefits package including occurrence malpractice policy, CME allowance, 6 weeks paid time off and 7 paid holidays, premium health and dental insurance, disability policy etc. - Enrollment in either the NY State pension retirement plan or 401K by provider choice -Physician shortage area, so we have been successful in assisting providers with HHS, DANY, PSLF, and NHSC school loan repayment programs -Minimum of a 3 year contract Please apply today if interested in learning more!
