More than 500 full-time salaried physicians and advanced practice clinicians who focus on patient centered care. Job Description & Responsibilities - Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians - Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM - No OB - Generative AI Scribes offered to all Primary Care Physicians to help decrease time and stress associated with notes - Innovative Inbasket Ninja Program in place for Primary Care that covers inbaskets of any departed providers or providers on leave or vacation - Fully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record - A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients. - Salary Range: $320,000 – $374,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards - Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.
