ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York. Schedule Shift: Mid shift - 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM (12-hour shift) Job Description Join our team in the Emergency Department, providing care for a variety of patient diagnoses including Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, and Respiratory Failure. You will work in a fast-paced environment, caring for a diverse patient population, including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. The department has 64 beds including triage and trauma areas. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care in the Emergency Department setting. Manage care for high-acuity patients while supervising junior staff. Consult with other medical staff as necessary. Utilize specialty equipment such as Rapid Infusors and Arctic Sun. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing with pediatric experience. Current AHA certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS. TNCC certification is required at the time of submission. New York RN license verification through NURSYS. Experience with EMR systems, preferably EPIC.
