Job Description Breast/General Surgery Opportunity in
Cooperstown, New York - 75 miles from Albany, NY; 190 miles from
NYC - Experience required A progressive academic health system in
central New York, and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia
University, is seeking a General Surgeon with a focus on breast
surgery to join their team. Visa sponsorship is available for
eligible candidates.Position Details - Join an established group of
15 Surgeons and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians. - Work within a
Certified Cancer Treatment Center based in Cooperstown, with
multiple regional centers offering diagnostic and treatment
options. - General Surgery call coverage required, with call
responsibilities limited to the Primary Hospital. - The primary
hospital has 180 beds and is a Level III Trauma Center. - Instant
referral base provided by over 300 network clinicians. - Full
support staff, including PAs, with opportunities for interaction
with surgical residents and medical students. - Some travel
required for regional patient care. - State-of-the-art operating
rooms, including one devoted to the Xi DaVinci Surgical
System.Benefits Details - Salary Range: $355,000 - $382,698 plus
performance-based compensation, based on qualifications,
experience, and fair market evaluation. - Sign-on bonus up to
