Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 8 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - IMC /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM /n• 8-week assignment starting 2/16 /n• Floating to other units required /n• Navy blue scrubs required /n• 2 years of IMCU/PCU experience required /n• Travel experience required /n• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS /n• EPIC EMR experience required /n• Active NY nursing license required with NURSYS verification /n• Care for patients with common diagnoses including neurological, cardiac, trauma, respiratory conditions such as COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and post-operative patients /n• Work with specialty equipment including temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, Neptune Vapo /n• Manage chronic ventilator patients unable to wean with respiratory therapy assistance /n• Serve adult patient population ages 18 and older /n• Work in 64-bed unit with 15 designated neurological beds /n• Block scheduling never promised or guaranteed /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive intermediate care unit specializing in high-acuity patient care.
