Position: OB/GYN Generalist Location: Potsdam, NY Practice Location: CPH Potsdam OB/GYN Practice Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Call Coverage: 1:4 minimum St. Lawrence Health is seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join our expanding team. Position Overview Specialty: OB/GYN Generalist Practice Structure: 5 MDs, 3 CNMs, 3 APPs EMR System: Epic Call Coverage: Required, 1:4 minimum Candidate Requirements Education/Experience: Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion) or Board Certified (BC) in Obstetrics and Gynecology Reason for Recruitment: Expanding community needs Compensation and Benefits Salary: $350,000 - $400,000 Signing Bonus: $60,000 - $70,000 Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 Paid CME: $4,000 annually Licensing & Dues: $2,000 Benefit Time: 240 hours per year Malpractice Insurance: Claims-made policy with $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate, including tail coverage Other Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan About St. Lawrence Health: Mission : Improving health and expanding access to services Network : Comprised of 3 hospitals, various primary and specialty care practices across St. Lawrence County Affiliation : St. Lawrence Health is part of Rochester Regional Health (RRH), which is known for high industry recognition and awards for nursing excellence and clinical outcomes.
