Job Description:
Description: Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will
provide direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervise
nursing assistants, and support daily living activities to ensure
the health, safety, and well-being of all residents. Essential
Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor residents’ conditions and assess
their needs to deliver optimal care. Prepare and administer
medications as prescribed by physicians. Perform routine charting
in accordance with established documentation policies. Admit,
transfer, and discharge residents as needed. Supervise and support
nursing assistants in daily care activities. Schedule Options:
Flexible shift lengths: 7.5, 10, 12, or 15 hours Positions
available: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem Requirements:
Qualifications: Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited
college or university or be a graduate of an approved Nursing
program Must possess a current license to practice as a RN Must be
eligible to work in LTC per the NYS HCS guidelines You deserve the
