ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU -
Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Utica, New York.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care
Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 8 weeks
- 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type:
Travel Opportunity: RN - IMC Job Details: • Work 12-hour night
shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM • 8-week assignment starting 2/16 •
Floating to other units required • Navy blue scrubs required • 2
years of IMCU/PCU experience required • Travel experience required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS • EPIC EMR
experience required • Active NY nursing license required with
NURSYS verification • Care for patients with common diagnoses
including neurological, cardiac, trauma, respiratory conditions
such as COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and
post-operative patients • Work with specialty equipment including
temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, Neptune Vapo
• Manage chronic ventilator patients unable to wean with
respiratory therapy assistance • Serve adult patient population
ages 18 and older • Work in 64-bed unit with 15 designated
neurological beds • Block scheduling never promised or guaranteed
