(MD/DO) Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off | 7 AM – 7 PM Location: Central New

inpatient team dedicated to delivering exceptional care — without
the overwhelming patient loads often found in larger hospital
systems. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive inpatient care on a 7
on / 7 off schedule Manage an average of 12–15 patients per day
Admit and round on patients while collaborating with intensivists
in an open ICU setting Work with a team that collectively manages
40–50 patients daily Partner with attending physicians and
specialists to ensure seamless, quality-driven care Use Paragon EMR
for efficient documentation and communication No on-call

Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active New York License (or
willing to obtain) DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications Clean
malpractice and license history Comfortable working in an open ICU
with intensivist support Must be open to a full-time 7 on / 7 off
