health assignment requiring 2 years of experience and BLS
certification. Responsibilities - Work in a hospice home health
setting - 8-hour day shifts with required call and call back -
13-week assignment - Utilizes NDOC EMR and performs OASIS (Medicare
assessment); training preferred - Provide hospice care and related
assessments for patients in a home health environment -
Participation in call rotation is required Requirements - Active NY
RN license required - Minimum of 2 years of RN experience - Current
BLS certification required - Experience with NDOC EMR and OASIS
