Job Description:
Description: Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will
provide direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervise
nursing assistants, and support daily living activities to ensure
the health, safety, and well-being of all residents. Essential
Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitor residents’ conditions and
assess their needs to deliver optimal care. - Prepare and
administer medications as prescribed by physicians. - Perform
routine charting in accordance with established documentation
policies. - Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed. -
Supervise and support nursing assistants in daily care activities.
Schedule Options: - Flexible shift lengths: 7.5, 10, 12, or 15
hours - Positions available: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem
Requirements: Qualifications: - Must possess a nursing degree from
an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved
Nursing program - Must possess a current license to practice as a
RN - Must be eligible to work in LTC per the NYS HCS guidelines You
