Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards ~ Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment. ~ Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000 ~ Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation.
