This role requires critical thinking, rapid response capabilities, and a deep understanding of maternal-fetal health in complex situations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct and specialized nursing care to laboring patients, including those with high-risk conditions. - Monitor fetal and maternal well-being using advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) techniques. - Assist physicians with cesarean sections and other obstetric procedures. - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols. - Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. - Support patients and families through labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. - Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies and standards.
