Pay Rate: $77/HR-$80/HR ( For Travel ) Gross weekly:$3700/Weekly-$3840/Weekly ( For Travel ) Weekly Stipend:$1246/Weekly 75 MILE RADIUS RULE - TRAVEL WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles) Pay rate:$68/HR - $70/HR ( For Local) Gross weekly: $3264/Weekly- $3360/Weekly (For Local) Shift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) Responsibilites: Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill cardiovascular patients in the CVICU. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic parameters, and invasive lines (e.g., arterial lines, central lines, Swan-Ganz). Administer and titrate critical care medications, including vasoactive drips, sedatives, and antiarrhythmics. Manage post-operative recovery for cardiac surgery patients, including CABG, valve replacements, and LVAD implants. Respond to cardiac emergencies, including Code Blue situations, using ACLS protocols. Manage patients on mechanical ventilation and assist with airway management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions, procedures, medications, and recovery expectations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
