Job Description:
Job Description: Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing
care to patients in the ICU, monitoring vital signs and assessing
patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement
individualized patient care plans. Participate in patient education
and support families throughout the care process. Document all
patient interactions and care in electronic health records
accurately. Assist in the training and mentoring of nursing
students and new staff as needed.
