Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a Med-Surg/Telemetry RN plays a critical role in delivering safe, patient-centered care to individuals with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions, including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN provides direct and individualized care, administers medications and treatments, and monitors telemetry and vital signs to promptly identify and respond to changes in patient condition Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the nursing process and in accordance with hospital policies and standards of care. Monitor, interpret, and respond appropriately to cardiac telemetry readings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting appropriately. Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Monitor vital signs and recognize and act promptly on signs of deterioration. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Respond effectively to emergencies and rapid response situations. Required Qualifications: Active PA RN License AHA BLS and AHA ACLS. 2 years of med surg/tele experience. Must have Charge experience.
