Job Description:
Looking for a PTA position in West Lafayette, IN?
New grads welcome with in-house rehab programs and growth
opportunities.
Part of a network of over 200 skilled nursing facilities.
Provide direct physical therapy care under licensed PT supervision,
following all regulations.
Must be a graduate of an accredited program, licensed in the state,
with CPR certification.
Preferably 1+ year post-acute care experience.
Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans,
documentation, patient communication, and teamwork.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email required; good body mechanics
and professional conduct essential.
Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and demonstrate
professionalism and dependability.
