  - Must have NYS License.
  - Must have 2 years' experience.
  - BLS Required.
  - CT and X-Ray trained required
  - IV certification preferred.
  - 40 hours guaranteed, Monday-Friday flexibility required.
  - OR experience required.
  
  Caregivers who have left the organization within the past 5 years will be ineligible for hire.
