Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required from any number of months. --- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission). --- This role will require floating to multiple units --- Local & travel allowed. Candidates living --- Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: If declining flu vaccination- must complete on facility specific form. RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: 36 On Call: No Floating Requirements: Can be floated to any unit within the hospital except for Psych and ED (unless it is to manage holds). Will have to float to MS and take an assignment that could include 6-7 patients. 2+ years experience - ICU Common Patient Diagnosis: euro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed. Scrub Color: Navy Blue Must be able to start within 3 weeks from the job's listed start date. 2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required for submission Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
