• Additional Info: Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Family Practice Physician is primarily responsible for participating in the multi-disciplinary process of providing care and treatment to patients. The Physician provides the full scope of primary care services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to patients. The Family Practice Physician is additionally responsible for supporting clinical supervision (e.g. client oversight, case consultation, productivity reports, quality assurance) and support for medical services provided by the agency. QUALIFICATIONS:-Board Certified-NY State Licensed
