Bonuses and BenefitsMVHS is offering a sign-on bonus for new and
experienced RNs!*RNs with up to 3 years of relevant experience
qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. **RNs with 3 or more years of
relevant experience qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. *This
bonus will be paid over the course of two years working at MVHS and
will scale based on experience and employee status when hired.

tuition reimbursement.Job SummaryRegistered Nurses with our CTICU
team will be responsible for assessing and managing critically ill
cardiothoracic patients, primarily in the postoperative phase
following chest surgery i.e. CABG, valve repair or replacement,
lung surgery, and repair of aortic aneurysm. CTICU RNs will be
managing cardiogenic shock and also be working with patients
requiring cardiac assist devices including IABP and Impella.
Registered Nurses in the CTICU have many shift opportunities
including days, nights, and weekends with opportunities for
full-time, part-time and per-diem positions.At MVHS, a Registered
Nurse promotes and restores patient's health by completing the
nursing process: collaborating with physicians and
multidisciplinary team members, providing support to patients,
visitors and families. A Registered Nurse is responsible for
assessing, planning, promoting and evaluating quality patient care,
as well as providing teaching to patients, families and the public.
