Construction Project Manager for projects in Syracuse with
experience overseeing sophisticated Academic Research renovation
projects within an occupied university research setting where the

-Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent
company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated
a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in
the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and
cost-effective team to serve clients. - LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person
firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston
and Metro Park, NJ. -Responsibilities
- Serve as Point of Contact to Client and Consultants
- Lead the project team as the Client's On-site Representative
for all project matters
- Provide regular evaluation of project schedule and budget,
identifying any deviations from plan and offering proposed
solutions needed to meet project goals
- Provide QA/QC oversight for internal project teamQualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of successful construction project management
experience with emphasis on major healthcare projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or
equivalent combination of experience and education
- Recognized ability to lead and motivate both internal and
project teams
- Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging
from tradespeople to facility executives
- Demonstrated project success in meeting project budgets and
schedules
- Thorough understanding of ICRA/ILSM standards and protocols - -

Minimum: $90,000 - Maximum: - $140,000. - -The range we provided is
the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this
position is willing to pay for the advertised position. - Exact -
