Director of Organizational Development

MVHS is looking for a Director of Organizational Development to
help drive company-wide initiatives focused on increasing
organizational performance. This position will be responsible for
implementing and supporting leadership development, impacting the
organization with large-scale changes, and support currently
existing high-reliability organization (HRO) best practices.
The Director will have the opportunity to build this function from
the ground up by developing and leading a team that will education,
advise and influence leaders on business transformation topics that
include organization design, organizational effectiveness and
change management. To be effective you will consult across the
organization including with leaders at all levels.
Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational
Effectiveness, Industrial Psychology or equivalent preferred
At least 10 years of progressively more responsible Organization
Effectiveness work experience including demonstrated experience,
with proven outcomes, designing organizational strategies that
support business strategies and goals.
Proven management, leadership and facilitation skills. Ability to
direct, lead and innovate. Ability to overcome resistance to change
while preparing and supporting those affected by change.
Demonstrated skill in collaborating and partnering in order to
garner support and build trusting and permanent relationships,
partnerships and alliances with various groups and interests.
Healthcare or healthcare related experience preferred
