Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on agricultural machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and perform troubleshoot to prevent unplanned downtime. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine reliability and efficiency. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance schedules, repairs, and replacements. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at the workplace. Proficiency in mechanical repair and diagnostics. Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Skilled in the use of hand tools and mechanical equipment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) is a plus. Relevant certifications in hydraulics, welding, or other specialized mechanical fields.
