Lockheed Martin, a leader in the Defense & Aerospace sector, is seeking a highly skilled Sr RF Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering & Architecture team. The Sr RF Engineer will be instrumental in developing and sustaining advanced RF systems, ensuring integration and operational efficiency in alignment with Lockheed Martin’s technological innovations and mission objectives. Design and develop RF subsystems and components for complex defense systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems with electronic warfare and communication systems. Perform system analysis and simulations for performance verification. Lead RF optimization tasks to enhance system performance. Prepare technical documentation and lead design reviews. Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Expertise in RF design and analysis tools such as ADS, HFSS, or CST. Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink and other simulation software. Strong understanding of EMC/EMI considerations in system design. Experience with RF testing and measurement equipment. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
