Cumberland Farms ('Cumby’s'), a leading convenience store chain in the Northeast, is seeking a seasoned Field Maintenance Technician to undertake a range of technical services and maintenance across our retail locations. This role is crucial to ensuring our facilities are operational, safe, and aligned with our commitment to customer convenience and service excellence. As a Field Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functional reliability of our modern stores, ensuring they remain optimal environments for both customers and staff. Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of all facilities and equipment. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, plumbing, and other necessary store equipment. Identify and resolve issues with HVAC systems and refrigeration units. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with store managers to address maintenance issues promptly. Document and report all maintenance activities accurately. Strong technical and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing Proficiency in using hand and power tools Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Good communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k HVAC certification preferred Certification in Electrical or Plumbing repairs is advantageous
