We're a well-established, family-oriented heavy equipment dealership seeking a Diesel Technician who knows how to get the job done right. If you take pride in turning wrenches, working with a crew, and keeping customer and Company owned equipment running smoothly, this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair Company and customer-owned heavy equipment Work on excavators, wheel loaders, drill rigs, crushing plants, and more Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrains Rebuild and install engines, transmissions, pumps, and components Perform preventative maintenance and quality repairs Communicate with the Service team and keep accurate service records Work safely, efficiently, and with pride in the finished job What We're Looking For 5 years of heavy equipment repair experience (diesel, hydraulics, electrical, transmissions) Trade school, military, or field mechanic experience considered Own tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics Physically able to lift 50 lbs and handle daily shop work Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team Equipment You'll Work On Excavators, wheel loaders, drills, crushing and screening plants, articulating trucks, hydraulic breakers, and road wideners - including brands like Link-Belt, Hitachi, Rammer, Rokbak, Sandvik, and Anaconda.
