Engineer Responsibilities Engage shop floor personnel and engineers
on process improvements. Understand and control process inputs and
outputs. Design processes to ensure quality and standardization.
Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for
improvements. Assess manufacturing design and processes to
recommend enhancements. Develop and optimize processes by designing
and implementing manufacturing systems, optimizing workflows, and
reducing waste and costs. Select, design, install, and troubleshoot
manufacturing equipment and fixtures. Troubleshoot production line
issues and recommend and implement solutions. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production
staff. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position
based out of New Berlin, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for
this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply
to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and
