Our client, a leading organization in the energy and power industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Schenectady, NY Pay Range: DOE What's the Job? Lead technical project management efforts for complex power generation projects. Coordinate engineering activities and resolve critical technical issues across multiple teams. Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements effectively to all stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and delivery. What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering in Construction Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10-15% as required. Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me?
