Job Description:
Saab, a leading global defense and security company
headquartered in Sweden, specializing in a wide array of military
and civil security products, services, and solutions, is seeking a
highly skilled Senior Staff RF Electrical Engineer to join our
innovative team. This role focuses on the development and
enhancement of RF systems and solutions critical to defense
applications, ensuring superior performance and reliability in
challenging environments. Design, develop, and validate RF systems
and circuitry, ensuring compliance with military specifications.
Lead technical teams in the execution of projects, from conceptual
design through integration and testing. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including system architects, software
engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
Conduct system simulations and modeling to predict performance in
various scenarios. Perform troubleshooting and resolve RF-related
issues during all phases of project development. Document design
processes, analysis results, and recommendations for improvements.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies in RF engineering and propose
innovative applications in defense solutions. Ensure all
engineering projects, initiatives, and processes conform to
established policies and objectives. Expertise in RF circuit design
and analysis tools such as ADS, HFSS, or CST Microwave Studio.
Proficient in the use of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers,
signal generators, and similar test apparatus. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative and critical
thinking. Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and
effectively lead technical teams. Excellent communication skills,
capable of preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer (CEM) is advantageous.
Professional Engineer (PE) license considered a plus.
