Job Description:

are seeking a seasoned Senior Staff RF Electrical Engineer to join

enhancing radio frequency systems that are vital to national and

critical in designing and implementing complex RF solutions that
meet the rigorous demands of defense and aerospace applications.
Lead the design and development of RF systems and subsystems for
defense applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
integrate RF solutions into various platforms. Perform system
analysis and simulations to ensure compliance with specifications
and standards. Support the testing and validation of RF hardware to
ensure system integrity and performance. Prepare technical
documentation and provide training to staff and stakeholders on RF
systems. Manage projects from conception through development and
deployment, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule. Expertise in
RF system design and development. Proficiency with RF simulation
and design software such as HFSS, CST, or ADS. Strong knowledge of
EMC/EMI considerations in product design. Ability to perform
complex system analyses. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) license is preferred.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
