We are hiring Mechanics! Earn $30.00+ per hour plus OT! This is an Agriculture Diesel Mechanic position. Due to unprecedented growth, Randall Reilly Partners is hiring for a well established client with 5 locations in Upstate New York, is seeking to add to their Agriculture Diesel Mechanic staff at each of their 5 locations. Our Diesel Mechanics are responsible for performing repair and maintenance work on agriculture and other heavy equipment as well as smaller home-based landscaping equipment as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This includes both shop-based and field-based repairs including but not limited to:

• Repair and maintain engines, tractors, agricultural equipment, and other related vehicles and equipment.
• Repair or overhaul engines and related mechanical or structural parts for a variety of equipment types.
• Perform repairs within the time parameters as established by flat rate time or billed time with proper diagnosis.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area. Assist in keeping the entire shop clean and orderly. Along with many other benefits, our Diesel Mechanics also enjoy a weekly 40-hour guarantee and 50 hours in the summer.
