design, implement, sustain, and improve manufacturing methods and
processes, with the objective of supporting exceptional quality and

In this role you will:
Support manufacturing KPI initiatives in Safety, Quality, Delivery
and Productivity through daily management and lean production
tools
Process owner responsible for developing and maintaining
manufacturing processes to achieve takt while positioning the
organization for growth.
Monitors and debugs production and test methods and procedures to
ensure system efficiencies
Define quality problems, investigate root cause, verify, and
implement countermeasures and ensure sustainment. Inclusive of
first past yield improvement.
Demonstrated evidence of lean knowledge, facilitation, and
sustainable results
Develop critical to quality specifications, test plans, procedures,
tools, and meaningful metrics to control all aspects of
manufacturing and new product launch initiatives
Manage and drive manufacturing readiness in all phases of the new
product introduction process to meet or exceed launch schedules
Experience with GD&T drawing/schematic creation and
interpretation inclusive of work holding design and execution
Participate in New Product Development and Introduction Projects
(NPD/NPI). Drive Design for Manufacturability, aimed at improving
product quality and reliability, while reducing variation
Ability to Design, Build, Program and Launch Assembly/Testing
Processes & Equipment
On your first day, we'll expect that you'll have:
Bachelor's degree (BS) in Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering
is required.
3-5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with
knowledge of electrical and mechanical interface.
Experience creating, reading, and interpreting engineering drawings
and schematics.
