Education Teacher in a K-12 school setting, located in Carthage,
NY. This position is ideal for educators certified in New York

high school levels. The role offers the stability of a direct hire
with a commitment throughout the current school year (CSY).
Responsibilities: - Deliver specialized instruction to students
with diverse learning needs in elementary, middle, and high school
classrooms. - Develop and implement Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) aligned with state standards and student abilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support
staff to foster an inclusive learning environment. - Monitor
student progress and adjust instructional strategies to meet
evolving educational goals. - Maintain accurate records of student
achievement, behavior, and communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications: - Valid New York State Teaching Certification in
Special Education. - Experience working with K-12 students across
multiple grade levels preferred. - Strong understanding of special
education laws, regulations, and effective instructional practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work
collaboratively with educators, families, and support personnel.
