and again. Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI),

consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo
and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and
cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person
firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston
and Metro Park, NJ. The client for this project is the NYS Office
of General Services (OGS). Please provide references upon resume
submission. Responsibilities The Pre-Construction Project Manager
will manage outside consultants to achieve design deliverable
milestones. - Read, review, interpret and comprehend designs
provided by project design team - Responsible for the construction
and rehabilitation project designs for various clients - Work on
projects that are budget and deadline driven and require extensive
knowledge of building and fire codes, architectural standards -
Supervise and review specifications and drawings as submitted by
Architects and design personnel - Review technical work of
consultants - Reviewing for constructability - Review construction
estimates - Working with engineering consultants, and coordinating
documents with MEP, Civil and Structural drawings - Confer with
client agencies and contractors - Supervise consultant work -
Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are
met at various stages of the project - Coordinate and supervise
complex architectural projects for new and rehabilitation of
building plans and designs - Identify and resolve problems and
conflicts, organizing meetings and cooperating with team members in
various roles as necessary Qualifications - Candidate must have a
degree from an accredited college in Architecture, Engineering,
Construction Management, or related field - Ability to understand,
review and approve design work - Experience coordinating with
designers handling any critical issues pertinent to the project or
the client/facility - Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in
construction involving multiple phases of large-scale
building/rehabilitation projects - A minimum of four (4) years’
experience in a role of Assistant Project Manager responsible for
large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive
knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents
- Full knowledge of the change order and cost review process and
the review/approval of contractor’s payment application Our

$100,000. yr - Max: $120,000 yr - The range provided is the salary
that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is
willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will
be determined on the individual candidate's qualifications and
