accruing upon start Maintenance Technician - Responsibilities: The
Maintenance Technician's primary duty is to ensure a safe, secure,
and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and
team members by maintaining the physical integrity of the property.
Carry out assigned duties as requested by the Superintendent in a
safe manner according to company policies and procedures, state,
and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc. Obtain a
thorough knowledge of power, water, and gas turnoffs, clean-out
traps, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants on property. Assists
in all aspects of the property's maintenance, including building
and grounds interior and exterior, custodial, preventative,
corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Repairs structural
wear and damage to buildings. Grounds keeping and landscaping.
Clean parking areas, sidewalks, alleyways, hallways, and common
areas. Prepares vacant apartments including painting. Services
appliances, equipment, plumbing, electrical system, etc.
Maintenance Technician - Requirements: 1-2 years of full-time
maintenance experience. Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing,
carpentry, HVAC, painting, and various appliances. Willingness to
perform tasks required and to learn and grow. Confident, positive
attitude, good communications skills, and an ability to interact
with a wide range of people. CRM Rental Management, Inc. is an
