Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Sonographer - Vascular/n/n Location/n Bassett, NY /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM /n/nJob Description/n The Sonography Department offers high-quality ultrasound imaging services with a focus on both general and specialized vascular studies. Sonographers are expected to have strong skills in general and vascular ultrasound, with experience in interventional radiology preferred. The team operates within an IAC-accredited Non-Invasive Vascular Lab, requiring advanced knowledge and proficiency in various diagnostic vascular studies. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Perform a full range of vascular ultrasound studies, including but not limited to: /n /n - Upper and lower extremity venous duplex studies /n - Upper and lower extremity arterial duplex studies /n - Carotid duplex studies /n - Bypass graft studies /n - Mesenteric artery duplex studies /n - Renal artery duplex studies /n - Upper and lower extremity vein mapping duplex studies /n - Fistula flow studies /n - Venous reflux studies /n /n - Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring 24/7 coverage. /n - Provide services at additional locations as needed. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - ARDMS certification required. /n - Preferred certification as an RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist). /n - Demonstrated high levels of competency in performing vascular and general ultrasound studies. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
