Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accurate reflection of the company's financial position. 2. Oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collection. 3. Manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. 4. Track and manage fixed assets, including depreciation schedules. 5. Utilize QuickBooks and NetSuite for financial management and reporting. 6. Prepare income statements and balance sheets, providing detailed analysis and interpretation of results. 7. Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and financial forecasts. 8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. 9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 10. Provide financial guidance and support to management, making recommendations for improvements where necessary. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounting role (preferably in the construction industry. Not required) 3. Proficient in QuickBooks and NetSuite. 4. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including preparation of financial reports, budgets, and financial forecasts. 5. Experience with accounts receivable, general ledger management, and fixed asset tracking. 6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. 7. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Interested in hearing more?
